The bulletin was issued in 1971 through active participation of Professor Dr. Ahmed Fouad El-Sherbiny, Professor Sawsan Fahmy, and Professor Fahmy El-Shrakawy.

The bulletin started 1971 annually. The 1^st - 10^th. volumes include one to three issues each. Since 1981, each volume includes 4 issues. From 1971 to 2007, 125 issues were published, containing 2347 articles.

The office of HIPH is located on the 2^nd floor in the building. It consists of the managing editor, the head of the publication department, and a secretary.
