Confirmation
Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the Conference Secretariat will send a confirmation form to the participant which also serves as an invoice.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations of attendance must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. A full refund will be made on those received before 1st September 2009. A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be made on cancellations received between 1st September and 15th October 2009. No refund will be made after 15 October 2009. - All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the Conference.
